We have access to the best partners in the industry and we go above and beyond to help our customers and partners grow.To learn more about Westburne, please visit us at LifeHere.westburne.ca and westburne.caWe are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team at our Calgary location.  If you want to work in a dynamic team environment and you excel when being trusted with responsibility, then Westburne is the place for you.Responsibilities:Leadership and management of the Industrial Projects Team of quotation specialists, project coordinators, and document control specialists located in Calgary (10 direct reports)Accountable for the effective and efficient execution of the engineered product orders, packaged solutions, and projects for industrial customers of the Westburne West division across Alberta and British Columbia (includes quotations, procurement of materials, project coordination, expediting, document control, invoicing, closeout, and supplier/customer dispute resolution)Delivery of the required results through the team, while ensuring key metrics are consistently achieved, the right talent is developed and grown within the team, and capability and performance is strengthened over time to develop strong team credibility and a consistent customer experience internally and externally that can be counted onDevelopment of productive relationships across internal teams and functions (account management, sales, automation, credit, finance) and with the suppliers and customersEffective cross-functional leadership in improving quality, efficiency, productivity, and processes at all interfaces to reduce costs, alleviate frustration, and provide an elevated level of customer service in the execution of orders and projectsNote: This role is office based 5 days a week.Qualifications:College diploma or university degree in business/sales/marketing or equivalent education and/or experience5-10 years of related experience in the industry, including a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in formal people leadershipDepth of knowledge and experience in supply chain management, project management, and/or electrical/automation equipmentExperience in quotations, project coordination, and/or document control and any previous experience working for or with key industrial customers across Alberta and BC would be an assetExcellent cross functional leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and time management skillsComputer literacy – proficient with MS Office, Internet & IBM AS/400 knowledgeWhy Westburne?Westburne, a division of Rexel, is the Canadian market leader in the B2B supply of electrical, alternative energy, lighting, wire and cable, automation and connected enterprise solutions.
