Our team is essential to all Moment Factory offices, both in Montreal and in our various international agencies. We ensure the smooth day-to-day running of production tools: installation, checks, troubleshooting, updates. YOUR MISSION The Systems Administrator works closely with the Technical Manager to ensure optimal operation, monitoring and maintenance of equipment. This person participates in the evolution of the infrastructure and is responsible for the administration of servers and workstations. They communicate effectively with the various service providers, document IT architecture and procedures, carry out assigned tasks, and respond to user support requests. They work as part of a team and help to perfect their colleagues' knowledge. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Infrastructure: Responsible for administering, configuring, optimizing and monitoring servers; Assist system administrators in managing storage and archiving systems; Document application and network infrastructures; Carry out technology watch and participate in the evolution of IT infrastructure. Systems administration: Management and administration of Google Workspace; Administer Active Directory domain, Entra ID; Administration of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructures; Administration of VMware, Proxmox and Veeam virtual servers; Administer Windows and Linux servers; Administer application services deployed in containers; Administer application development and deployment services; Manage license activations and servers; Apply and document current IT processes. Technical support: Guide and operate the IT management system; Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up on level 2 and 3 requests; Assign and escalate tickets as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS NEEDED Technical college diploma in computer systems management or equivalent; Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in systems administration; Mastery of Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Linux operating systems; Mastery of Windows languages Mastery of virtualization systems Vmware, Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox; Mastery of PowerShell and Python; Google Workspace; Mastery of DNS and Web acceleration/caching systems; Mastery of general networking principles; Knowledge of enterprise cloud applications and administration in Azure; Knowledge of Apache and nginx web server software; Knowledge of the Docker container system; Knowledge of git versioning software; Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence; Advanced command of French and English, both spoken and written, as your work will require you to communicate with English-speaking customers. ASSETS Experience in post-production; Azure, Microsoft or UNIX certification(s); Knowledge of automation systems such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform; Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk 3ds max, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Shotgun, Foundry Nuke, Houdini and Maxon Cinema 4D production applications.
