Location Manager

Summit Search Group is proud to partner with a fast-paced, growing, independently owned crop input retailer who is currently looking for a Location Manager in southern Saskatchewan. The successful Location Manager will be managing and driving growth of an innovative agriculture retail business, while leading a team of professionals and partnering with customers to ensure their operations thrive. Responsibilities:Recruit, train, develop and lead the team while providing clear direction and aligning the team on the organizations missionPositively contribute to team culture through employee engagement initiatives and driving high performance to achieve team successAccountable for safety requirements and compliance Prepare, assess and report financial data Develop a sales budget and growth plan to maximize revenue Develop sales and marketing strategies, and partner with suppliers and internal procurement teamManage inventory and proactively account for future needs Qualifications: 5+ years leadership experience with proven success motivating and leading a team10+ years experience in agricultural retailBachelor’s degree in agriculture, commerce, or business administration an assetStrong interpersonal, leadership and relationship building skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Valid class 5 drivers license Remuneration: Our client offers salary commensurate upon experience, bonus, benefits, company truck, pension, and partnering with a passionate, enthusiastic, driven, and cohesive team.
