We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.I am looking for a Payroll Analyst for my client, a large agri-food group. This is a temporary position in hybrid mode in Boucherville.As a Payroll Analyst and reporting to the Corporate Payroll Director, you will be responsible, among other things, for:* Ensure rates are updated in our various systems and validate the changes made;* Maintain the parameters of different types of profits and reconcile banks on an annual basis;* Ensure discounts for any type of withholding tax or provision;* Reconcile the balances linked to the various reserves and remittances to be made for the payroll sector;* Reconcile salary journals in the different systems;* Prepare year-end financial files;* Act as the main point of contact for external auditors.Education: DEC in accounting or equivalent training.Experience: 3 years of experience in the payroll sector, experience in a unionized environment and knowledge of payroll standards, advanced mastery of Excel.
