We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.About the roleThe Lead Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive e-commerce solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital technologies, and architecture frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and Architecture:Develop and implement scalable, robust, and secure e-commerce architectures.Lead the creation of architectural blueprints and technical specifications.Ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer requirements.Lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, engineers, and other team members.Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Present architectural solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in e-commerce.Advise clients on technology choices and strategic initiatives.Contribute to the firm’s technology roadmap and innovation strategy.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce best practices for software development and architecture.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of e-commerce solutions.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on e-commerce.Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.Successfully led the implementation of three or more B2B or B2C e-commerce solutions.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and common integrations such as ERP, PIM, and payment gateways.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsCertification in relevant e-commerce platforms or cloud technologies.Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing principles.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Flexible working arrangements.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
