PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.Proven Expertise: At least 10 years of experience leading agile projects with a deep understanding of programming concepts and software development processes.Agile Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project schedules, balance expectations, and meet critical deadlines.Strategic Thinker: Skilled in planning sprints, scrums, and other agile ceremonies, with a talent for aligning project goals with business objectives.Leadership Excellence: Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Architectural Alignment: Ability to drive alignment across teams on architecture and delineation of responsibilities between platforms and product services.Your Role at Steelcon:As Agile Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our most critical digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly and deliver tangible business results.
