EAM Systems Analyst

Job Title: EAM Systems AnalystLocation: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)Type: Permanent, Full-timeOur client, a leading organization based in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their Systems & Applications Team. This role is focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), with the ideal candidate possessing experience with EAM systems such as Maximo, Hexagon etc.Key Responsibilities:Understand stakeholder’s needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.Lead the setup, configuration, and integration of the EAM system, ensuring it meets operational requirements.Provide technical guidance and serve as the EAM Subject Matter Expert for ongoing system maintenance and support.Create and update detailed documentation for system setups, configurations, and user processes.Manage system deployments and integrations, conduct system testing, scope system improvement options, identify gaps, and provide timely solutions.Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure end-users are comfortable and proficient with the new system.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Systems Solutions Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems is a must have. Experience with Maximo, or Hexagon is highly preferred.Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and data analysis.Strong understanding of ERP systems.
