They have ongoing needs for early-career Data Entry personnel with 2+ years of experience and a degree in accounting, business, finance or similar. Responsibilities ·Read source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes/disks for entry, using keyboards/scanners ·Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before entering ·Verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data ·Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors ·Compare data with source documents and/or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors ·Maintain logs of activities and completed work ·Prepare mailouts, batching and scanning of document ·Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice) Qualifications ·College diploma in accounting, business, or finance ·2+ years of related experience ·Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word ·Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour ·Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills ·Ability to pass a speed and accuracy data entry test Applying with Raise Raise is an established Finance, IT and engineering hiring firm with over 60 years’ experience connecting talented candidates with meaningful work.
