Manager, National Distribution

Position Summary The National Distribution Manager will oversee a facility distributing pharmaceuticals and medical device to our own network of pharmacies, external pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities nationally. Primary responsibilities will include leading a team of warehouse staff, supporting the warehouse supervisor in achieving daily operational goals, liaising with suppliers, customers and enablement teams, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, industry best practices and Health Canada GMP.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, strong analytical skills, and industry experience. Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and develop the warehouse team; Support the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure success in daily operations; Maintain a well-organized warehouse operation using GMP and industry best practices to ensure product integrity and operational efficiency; Support the Warehouse Team in continually improving all processes including inventory management, receiving, put away, pick / pack, and shipping; Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs; Manage special projects as assigned by Director Liaison with suppliers, customers and internal enablement teams Support Director and National Management Team Competencies  Completion of a post-secondary education; Experience in a similar role; Demonstrated analytical skill with proven aptitude for process improvement; Strong people and leadership skills; Well organized, superior time management and prioritization skills; Demonstrated experience in performance management; Experience in the distribution of pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
