About the Role Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to partners. Manage relationships with information systems vendors, service providers, consultants, and others to build long-term successful, and cost-effective partnerships. Communicate performance expectations to external partners to ensure they are meeting LCBO's support requirements and Service level agreements. Coordinate a review of the current cloud infrastructure ((Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud/Skytap), architectural designs and implemented changes across all cloud providers. Follow LCBO's ITSM policy (Incident, Change, Configuration) and managing Configuration Incidents for Platform Services. Track's performance across all platforms and reports metrics to IT Leadership. Part of a 24/7 on-call rotation. Ensure solutions are compliant with required PCI and Security Standards as identified by the business. Lead the patching and hardening practices of all systems following LCBO's policies. Deliver industry leading Cloud components and Cloud integration as part of every project. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture and Design: Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure, AWS, and GCP services. Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation for cloud solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Implementation and Migration: Participate in migration projects to Azure, AWS and GCP, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. Implement and support cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless architectures on Azure and GCP. Automate and document deployment and management processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, AWS CloudFormation, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager. Security and Compliance: Manage cloud security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security on Azure, AWS, and GCP. Ensure cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular security assessments. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor performance and availability of cloud environments using Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Google Cloud Operations Suite (formerly Stackdriver). Improve cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with development teams to integrate Azure, AWS, and GCP services into applications. Provide technical guidance to IT larger team and business teams. Maintain operational documentation and runbooks. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Azure and GCP technologies and best practices. Recommend and implement continuous improvement programs for cloud infrastructure. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members. About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, implementation, and management. Advanced certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert), AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional), and GCP (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect). Proficiency in Azure, AWS, and GCP services such as compute, storage, networking, databases, and security. Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments. Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning services in Azure and GCP.
