Unreal Engine Developer

*NEED STRONG PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN UNREAL AND C++, other requirements are flexible. Location: Hybrid, Ottawa (1 day on site a week)Duration: 1 year contract + extensionDesired Skills and Experience:A large automotive company in Kanata, ON is looking to bring on several Unreal Engine (C++) Developers. The ideal candidate should be experienced in C++ coding along with integrating C++ code into Blueprints within Unreal Engine. You should have experience with writing Shaders and be comfortable with user-interface, user-graphics or designing various article and effects. You should be comfortable with performance optimization and balancing performance. You should have strong experience creating Blueprints along with using internal profiling tools within UE along with UMG and Material Editor. This project will be dedicated to creating 3D renderings to enhance user experience within the vehicle. - 5 years+ experience with Unreal Engine- Experience with C++ coding - OOPS concept and multithreading, and concurrency- Experience writing Shaders in Material Editor within Unreal Engine- Experience with UMG and creating 2D widgets or UI controls- Experience integrating C++ with Blueprints- Experience with performance optimization and balancing performance- Experience using internal profiling tools within Unreal Engine- Experience with visual design, 3D modelling or any experience working on Maya, Blender, Vulkan, OpenGL as plusses
