The incumbent will contribute to improving the Business Services processes that affect the entire sales cycle, such as opening and closing products, as well as transactional activities. He or she will be responsible for understanding how the various Business Services sales force teams and operational processes work in order to map current and future processes properly, identify areas for improvement, coordinate the implementation of improvements, and manage change properly. #LI-Hybrid#LI-MB1 Responsibilities Conduct analyses to understand the volume and operation of the systems included in the processes under management. Map the current and future processes of the various initiatives under management. Lead workshops with stakeholders to map and identify potential process improvements. Conduct analyses to identify and measure the impacts of process changes and, at the same time, make recommendations to optimize the business line's processes. Properly document procedures resulting from process changes. Undertake the change management needed (training and communication) and ensure its rollout according to the set timelines. Participate in various corporate projects as a process representative for the Business Services business line. Perform all tasks of a similar or general nature requested by his or her superior or required for the position. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: University degree in a relevant field Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with a financial institution and in business services Bilingual* (English and French) Specific competencies: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., Lean Six Sigma) Knowledge of project management methodologies Analytical abilities and keen business sense in order to propose proactive solutions to resolve complex problems Comfortable leading workshops with stakeholders Strong aptitude to create business relationships and work in a team Autonomy, initiative, leadership, and the ability to influence to challenge the status quo Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project *Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matterswith internal and external parties in both languages.
