As an Associate Director on the Governance Treasury team in National Bank Financial Markets, you will serve as a governance specialist. Thanks to your analytical and work organization skills, good judgement, experience in data analysis and monitoring and knowledge of financial markets, you will have a positive impact on the sector’s risk management and profitability. Your role Develop and document all Treasury activities Identify guiding principles, standards and obligations and implement mechanisms to ensure compliance with them Assess and structure decision-making processes Support the team in planning, establishing and following up on priorities Oversee the development of business governance by cataloguing and implementing best practices Integrate the business strategy into the risk management framework Your team You will be part of a team of five colleagues reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Governance, Treasury and Pension Fund. Our team stands out for its cross-functional role with Treasury financing and investment trading teams, the quality of its deliveries and its development of specialized expertise while working in a collaborative and enriching work environment. We make sure rigorous processes are in place to effectively mitigate operational, reputational and money laundering risks and check that Treasury and Pension Fund activities are consistent and ethically managed.
