The individual in this role is dedicated to promoting the Rheem brand at Noble branches engaged in HVAC sales by developing and implementing sales growth plans in conjunction with our Outside Sales Teams, Area and Branch Managers.When you join Team Noble, success is in store for you too. So ask yourself: Are you Team Noble?How you Contribute to Noble's SuccessDeveloping and implementing plans to hit sales targets with both new and established dealersLiaison between Distributor and Rheem on product requirements, growth and retention SPR’s and any other equipment related topicsUnderstand and communicate regulatory changes in the Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration markets within our established trading areaConsistently engage in learning to establish a sound working knowledge of all product, programs, support material, and policiesTravel to Noble Branches in Ontario to assist Distributor field sales team on sales calls targeting product selection, availability, pricing.Coordinate factory supported training eventsConduct training for staff and dealers on product offering and programsCoordinate communications with Marketing regarding model, program and pricing changesMonthly reporting with Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area ManagerOther job-related duties as requiredMust Haves and Nice to HavesMust HaveMinimum 5 years HVAC and/or sales experience with a proven growth recordAbility to work independently and in a group environment – “Team Oriented”Strong Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word, PowerPointExcellent presentation skills; strong written and oral skillsDemonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customersCapacity for attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraintsAbility to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environmentNice To HavePrevious experience in sales and/or customer service is a strong assetExperience calling on dealers an assetAbility to interpret plans for “take-offs” an assetWho We AreFrom our beginning as a plumbing supplier, Noble has grown to serve the trade in HVAC, Hydronics, Industrial, and Fire Protection.
