Roles and Responsibilities:  Know the product and service offered  Know the offer of products and services related to IT Service Offerings and Infrastructure Know the operation of the products and services offered Know the procedure of developing needs for all products and services offered  Know the competitive differentiators of the products and services offered  Build your own book of business Maintain Salesforce hygiene for opportunities and forecasting  Drive new customer revenue growth Prepare prospecting/submissions for existing customers and/or prospects customers Design presentation documents (Proposal, analysis, comparison, spreadsheet, report) Solicit new clients Engage in prospecting activities for net new customers Try alternative strategies when failing to reach or obtain business meeting with prospects Engage in needs development activities with prospects and offer recommendations. Achieve sales results Maintain a bank of prospects Engage in commercial activities allowing the qualification of profitable business opportunities Perform strategic follow-ups according to the purchasing cycle of prospects and existing customers Influence a customer's purchasing criteria Manage objections and obstacles  Negotiate profitable agreements Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date knowledge of solutions and products offered by the company Qualifications:  Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales or business development position Experience in the IT Industry and/or the manufacturing space (an asset) Proven track record of achieving sales targets  Special Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office suite Motivated and goal oriented Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills Oral and written communication skills Persevering and optimistic Great sense of organization Ability to adapt, flexibility #LI-KW1
