We have an immediate opening for an Environmental Supervisor in our Carberry, Manitoba , facility. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle operations of our water cycle ? from the wells drawing ground water to our factory all the way to irrigation of our treated water. Our Wastewater treatment systems include but is not limited to Covered Anaerobic Lagoon, secondary treatment facility, biogas operations, and wastewater Lagoon. The role will lead and mentor wastewater treatment operators in the day-to-day operations, development, and continuous improvement processes of the facilities. Job holder will ensure that McCain continues to meet environmental compliance with all applicable environmental permits and regulations. In addition, the role will be responsible to drive environmental sustainability in the factory by meeting McCain corporate environmental initiatives in order to reduce our environmental footprint.
