This is a unique opportunity to work alongside exceptional professionals .The prime role of the Chef Lecturer is to provide an excellent teaching experience for students and to support their learning journey. The teaching chef will be also responsible for supporting the teaching team with additional responsibilities to support the academic team.We are looking for creative individual with a strong Culinary skills ,positive and engaging personality together with a drive for excellence.Duties and Responsibilities :1.Responsibility for Teaching and Studentsensure the best possible student experience through:deliver teaching when required in practical’s, demonstrations and technicalthe fulfilment of the school’s responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, instruction, progress and examination;the availability of pastoral assistanceadherence to the regulations and procedures of the institute2. refreshes and develops new programmes in order to attract new students and markets3. Responsibility for Researchensure the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all research undertakencreate a dynamic and forward-looking research environment for both staff and students4. Knowledge Transfercreate and exploit new opportunities for knowledge transfer activity in order to secure additional income streams and new areas of teaching and/or researchContribute to institute-wide initiatives in order to improve understanding and communication of this areaensure all activities are carried out to the highest possible standards and put in place the necessary evaluation, monitoring and enhancement procedures to ensure both compliance and improvement: such procedures will include teaching, research and management of all resources5. Development of Academic/Research Standing
