The Senior System Administrator - CCH Tagetik is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Tagetik financial consolidation and reporting system. This role involves ensuring system stability, performance, and security while providing comprehensive technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in Tagetik, a solid understanding of financial processes, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration, drive continuous improvements, and provide user support during financial reporting cycles.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a core member of the finance team, leading the design, implementation, and configuration of the CCH Tagetik solution to meet internal and external reporting needs.Configure and customize CCH Tagetik to address specific management and business requirements.Develop custom reports, workflows, and functionalities within Tagetik.Ensure seamless integration between Tagetik and other enterprise systems, maintaining data accuracy and API functionality.Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Tagetik platform.Stay current with Tagetik updates and apply new features to enhance system performance and capabilities.Manage the development and deployment of system changes and enhancements within a structured release cycle (monthly, quarterly, yearly).Maintain and optimize interfaces between Tagetik and ERP/BW systems.Support consolidation processes by preparing and reviewing financial consolidations, intercompany transactions, and investment eliminations.Maintain accurate mapping of financial data in the consolidation tool, ensuring correct intercompany and subsidiary transactions.Assist corporate users during consolidation cycles, facilitating the collection of financial data, performance metrics, and sustainability information.Coordinate global consolidation training events, prepare Tagetik documentation, and ensure all system materials are up to date.Provide ad-hoc support for special projects such as new reporting designs, acquisitions, and divestitures.Ensure compliance with internal change management and IT security standards, ensuring successful audits and adherence to Internal Controls (IS).Align financial reporting practices with group policies, US GAAP, and internal accounting standards.Develop and implement best practice processes for financial and IT operations, driving continuous improvement of the financial consolidation system.Oversee project management activities related to system updates and implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or IT Engineering.Additional certifications in BI, analytics, finance, business administration, or project management are advantageous.Minimum 4 years of professional experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years focused on financial consolidation processes.At least 4 years of experience in an administrator role with Tagetik or similar consolidation software (e.g., Oracle, SAP PBC, Hyperion, Prophix, OneStream).Proven experience in full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.Strong knowledge of financial processes, including financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.Deep understanding of accounting processes such as reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustments.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google apps.Experience working in globally distributed teams.Self-driven, with strong organizational and customer service skills.Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics and BW) is a plus.This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for optimizing financial systems.
