Join us as Method Quality Engineer , and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in La Pocatiere (QC), CA.
Partner with Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Alstom Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams
- Define inspection plan along with the methods department
- Deliver training for Quality teams to Industrial Quality Standards.
- Perform Workstation audits planning, ensure follow-up & management of relevant action plans.
- Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Graduated from Technical and/or Quality and/or Engineering degree
- 5 years experiences in Industrial
- Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
- Quality auditor(Desirable)
- Autonomous and curious
- Technical mastering of railway products
- Experience with an ERP (like SAP for example)
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
