Your Opportunity: Amsterdam Printing, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canada! In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and our company is well represented. Your Responsibilities: Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products Assist customers with placement of orders Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner Handle situations and orders with both our French-speaking and English-speaking customers You Must: Have a High School Diploma and 1+ years experience preferred Fluently speak French and English Be reliable Have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently Have a positive upbeat attitude and be an efficient self-starter and problem-solver Watch our video to learn more!
