Growth isn't just a goal for you; it's an integral part of your identity, and we're excited to provide you with ample opportunities to thrive in that pursuit. What you love doing ?     Conducting thorough research to identify new market opportunities and trends, understand competitor strategies, and pinpoint potential customer segments.?     Creating and implementing marketing campaigns designed to capture the interest of potential leads. This includes designing promotional materials, crafting email marketing strategies, and setting up targeted ads on various digital platforms.?     Conducting discovery calls, delivering demos of products and solutions, and most importantly closing deals.?     Generate opportunities through different sales channel?     Engaging with new individuals, establishing in-person connections with potential customers.?     Expanding market presence and fostering a reputable image for our product, company, and yourself.?     Utilizing Zoho CRM to manage lead data efficiently. This involves inputting data accurately, updating lead status, and ensuring all interactions are logged to facilitate nurturing strategies. ?     Analysing lead sources, engagement levels, and specific needs or interests related to the company’s offerings.?     Pursuing opportunities relentlessly, embracing challenges head-on.?     Utilizing your expertise to secure meetings with key decision-makers.?     Exceeding expectations, setting and surpassing goals or targets?     Develop an in-depth understanding of the .NET components industry and competitor offerings?     Constantly work to improve processes and structures within the companyWhat you have to offer ?     3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in technology or SaaS is a plus?     1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing (an asset)?     University degree in a relevant field or diploma in Marketing, Business or related discipline.?     Native English (written and spoken), fluency in French an asset?     Excellent communication, strong negotiation and sales closing skills?     Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environmentQualities we seek ?     Coachable, self-motivated, goal-oriented?     Keen situational awareness to discern when to adopt a direct approach and confidently ask for the sale, as well as the ability to gauge the atmosphere and recognize when patience and a strategic approach are warranted.?     A passion for technologies and innovation?     Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn about new product offerings?     The comfort level to use online tools such for virtual meetings such as Microsoft Teams and other web-based CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.?     Proficient in negotiating and finalizing deals ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 per year in terms of annual contract value (ACV), with sales cycles typically lasting 2 to 12 months. Benefits ?     A very competitive compensation package, including a base salary that’s aligned with your experience (up to $80,000 per year)?     Commission structure tied to achievable milestones?     Collaboration with a young, motivated team and direct interaction with leadership?     Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home and from office?     A flexible time off policy, including sick and personal days to care for your health and well-being?     A full - time permanent position, as we are seeking a long- term employment commitment?     Health insurance program?     RRSP program How to apply Send your CV to [email protected].
