Parks Revenue Analyst

Role Responsibilities The Parks Division is looking for a Parks Revenue Analyst to join their team!  The Parks Revenue Analyst will be reporting to the Director, Parks Finance. The Parks Revenue Analyst is responsible for providing monthly forecasting and analysis of all Parks Division revenue.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensures timely and accurate recording of revenue for camping fees, dispositions, donations, dedicated revenue and other revenue related transactions on a monthly basis. Collection of Accounts Receivable (AR), banking, and financial transactions related to the posting of revenue in the 1GX system. Responsible for the oversight of the Parks Division banking and merchant services and providing input in the streamlining of existing financial systems and implementation of new systems. Liaises with Treasury Board and Finance (TBF) and Service Alberta (SA) on any cash and banking issues. Expert knowledge for processing revenue transactions, ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to and that the business process aligns with the Government of Alberta (GoA) standards. Supervise and provide support to staff members within the Visitor Experience & Business Supports branch.
