As a member of our Client Services team, you will lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates who design, execute, and implement cutting edge analytical solutions. You are responsible for institutionalizing data driven insights and recommendations to bring customer strategies to life. An ideal candidate should be able to manage client engagements and relationships while leading internal teams. Your role will involvegenerating insights and developing recommendations and communicating strategy and delivery plan with clients. The candidate will become familiar with the strategic direction of our customers and help them translate their goals into action on existing projects while also developing a pipeline of additional project.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success Manager, you will:Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectivelyCoach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal developmentAnalyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendationsUse multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendationsAddress sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectationsUse data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision makingDevelop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clientsManage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all partiesSimplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key pointsUphold the firm's code of ethics and business conductBeing a MathemagicianUnderstand & embody MathCo’s culture and way of working.Demonstrate an ownership mindset to drive results, striving for excellence.Engage actively and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth.Support diversity and understand different perspectives.Required Educational Qualifications 6+ years design & implementation experience with distributed applications6+ years of experience working on PowerBIEnd to end hands-on to carry out complex POC, Pilot, Limited production rollout assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and proceduresParticipate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new, or migrating existing, applications, software and services on the Google Cloud PlatformStrong experience in data pipelines, ETL design (both implementation and maintenance), data warehousing, and data modeling (preferably in dbt)Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve an organizational goalWorked in an agile environment and are comfortable running an agile process for the data and analytics teamHas advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousingHas Strong skills in Optimization - performance, pipeline, sparkExperience on PysparkAre proficient in engineering best practices (e.g., using Git)Implementation and tuning experience in the Big Data Ecosystem, (such as Data Analytics (Dataproc, Airflow, Hadoop, Spark, Hive), GCP AI and ML Services and Data Warehousing (such as BigQuery, schema design, query tuning and optimization) and data migration and integrationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degreeConsulting background is a plusExperience with retail clientsAsa testament to our growth, we have been,Positioned as a Leaderin Top Generative AI ServiceProviders – PeMa Quadrant 2023 by AIMResearchRecognized among the Inspiring Workplaces in North America, 2023Accredited for Inclusive Practices by Great Place to Work Institute, IndiaRecognized among India’s Best Workplaces™ for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging 2023 by Great Place To Work® India.... among others.
