This role delivers strategic omnichannel insights to drive better business decisions and uncover increased revenue and customer engagement opportunities.KEY PERFORMANCE METRICSUse of data to identify insights and recommendations to drive decisions across Digital teamsTimely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights on time, within scope, meeting stakeholder requirementsReview of the current toolset and how the tools have been implemented to understand gaps or improvement potentialKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESFunctionalDrive successful completion of digital insight initiatives and work directly with stakeholders to support decision-making to achieve Digital objectives.Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve Indigo’s customer experience across our digital channels.Create dashboard reports and present data and insights through regular and ad-hoc reporting to help teams understand and monitor the performance of their portfolio.Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes.Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needsEmbrace and seek out technology that creates high-tech and high-touch solutions for Indigo’s customersChallenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve themPeopleCollaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily.Share technical knowledge with others and seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself.Help others see the impacts of their efforts and proactively engage other functions to get input.Encourage others to freely share their point of view and be open to feedback.CulturalModel Indigo’s beliefs and convey a positive image in everything you doCelebrate the diversity of thought and have an open mindsetTake an active role in fostering a culture of continual learning, taking risks without the fear of making mistakesEmbrace, champion, and influence change through your team and/or the organizationSCOPEReports to: Manager, Digital & Customer InsightsKEY RELATIONSHIPSInternal:Digital ProductOnline MerchandisingMarketingDesignBusiness IntelligenceExternal:Analytics tooling vendorsQualificationsWork Experience / Education / Certifications3-5 years of experience with data analytics across multiple digital platformsProven ability and experience leading teams to analyze customer data for actionable business insightDevelop and deliver reporting and insights on all aspects of digital performanceStrong understanding of databases and data structures and ability to work with large and complex technical data setsCompetencies / Skills / AttributesExperience using web analytics tools to analyze user behavioural data – Adobe Analytics would be preferredStrong SQL skills for querying relational databasesExperience creating dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience developing and executing A/B experiments would be an assetStrong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate/negotiate with various stakeholdersOutstanding verbal and written skills to be able to communicate effectively to both a technical and business audience at the senior leadership and the working levelExceptional organizational and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentA drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify outputsHighly customer centric approach to all initiativesAdditional informationAt Indigo, we are committed to our communities, our customers, and each other; together we can make a positive impact.
