Job SummaryResponsible for tier-2 management and administration of the entire server infrastructure and all systems related technologies. A tier-2 level constitutes second-level support, medium to high troubleshooting requirements, technical solutioning and discernment, systems upgrades and updates and technical lead, high-level systems administrations and management. Responsible of mentoring and couching systems administrators.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides second level technical support such as technical solutioning and discernments, troubleshooting, mitigations, upgrades, critical updates, fixes and rectifications.Handles technical leads, projects, initiatives and mentoring and coaching sessions with systems administrators.Ensures standardizations and redundancies are implemented across the server infrastructure.Performs tier-2 management and administration of datacenter infrastructure which involves various server technology, server and desktop virtualization infrastructure and storage infrastructure.Performs tier-2 management and administration of Microsoft Active Directory Environment which involves Domains, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, ADSS, ADUC, ADFS, ADSS and other AD services.Performs tier-2 management and administration of regular monthly windows patch of servers and workstations from policy definitions and deployments.Performs tier-2 management and administration of communication and collaboration platforms such as email, instant messaging, document collaboration, file share and managed file transfer. Defines communications and collaborations policies, rules and traffic flows.Performs tier-2 management and administration of data protection which involves enterprise backups, archiving and retentions. Defines policies and categorizes and organizes endpoint and server profiling.Performs tier-2 management and administration of information security which involves endpoint security, multi-factor authentication, certificates, systems logs, data loss prevention, file-integrity monitoring and security compliances such as PCI, SOC2, and other security requirements. Ensures vulnerabilities are addressed and fixed. Conducts data investigations and information governance.Performs tier-2 management and administration of systems alerts by monitoring platforms and regular profile updates of all server/systems technology in asset management. Ensures all endpoints are accounted and services are monitored properly.Performs escalations to Systems Administrator for unresolved issues and required next level troubleshooting.Adheres to company guidelines and procedures.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as Systems AdministratorFluent in Oral and Written English & French Communication SkillResults-Oriented, Solution Finder, Deadline-Driven, Proactive and a Multi-Tasker Excellent Interpersonal SkillCan work on a Rotational Work ShiftsAbility to lead a major initiatives and projectsMedium to Highly Proficient on the following technical skillsTechnical Solutioning and Troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory (OU, GPO, ADUC, DC, ADSS)DNS, DHCP, WDS, DFSADFSAzure AD and O365Certificate AuthorityPowershell ScriptingKMSMFA, 2FAExchangeSharepointTeamsVirtualization Platform (Hyper-V, Nutanix Acropolis)NessusManageEngine (Desktop Central, AD Audit, ADSelfService and AD Manager)Sophos8.Background and good understanding of various security audits such as PCI and SOC2 Educational Qualification:Computer Engineering, Science Graduates /Diploma & AboveMCSA / MCSE
