In this role, you will deliver security solutions to our clients across a broad range of industries and technologies!A Day in the Life:Design, architect, and implement proven solutions that will solve business challenges in the fields of business continuity, IT resilience, and IT risk managementAssist with pre-sales engagements and qualification of sales opportunities, at least 50% of your time will be spent doing pre-sales meaning bringing potential new business opportunityContinuously improve team processes to ensure information is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the teamProvide detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, transition to operations informationAs a trusted advisor, deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementationValidate clients' existing architecture, identify gaps and assist the various business and technical teams with gathering their business use casesTeam up with other senior consultants to create and implement proven solutionsWhat You Bring:8+ years of professional IT security experience across a wide range of technologies including systems, network, server, and cloud offeringsExpert consultant in security architecture design patterns and implementationTechnical strength and capability of implementing Microsoft security components (MCAS, PIM, Defender for Identity, Endpoint, Office 365, Conditional Access, etc.)5+ years industry experience as subject matter expert in the Microsoft suite of products and Microsoft Security Stack:-> Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and security analytics-> Network security including firewalls, perimeter security, and endpoint protection-> Digital forensics and investigation-> Enterprise SOC integrations-> Policies and compliance-> Cloud architecture patterns (Hub and Spoke, Subscription Design)5+ years industry experience with integrating multi-technology solutions across diverse technologies and platforms through technical consultingGood understanding of the Linux system and usageExperience writing and developing scripts and templates for automationBroad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions comprising bothExperience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CIS, etc. for assessing systems and designsStrong communication skills and ability to drive recommendationsWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:Recognized cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, TOGOAF, Cloud Architect, Azure Cloud ArchitectExperience with Securing DevOps pipelines and scriptingWhy Work at Long View?Great people and cultureCareer growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies$120,000 - $140,000 a yearExpected Salary Range is $120,000 - $140,000 plus 15% variable earningsWant to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
