New Business Coordinator

The RoleThis is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Coordinator at Shikatani Lacroix Design Inc. The New Business Coordinator will develop and assist in inbound new business opportunities and use administrative skills to track and follow opportunities throughout the buying cycle. The coordinator will also conduct outreach initiatives on pre-quali?ed prospects, help implement email drip campaigns, collaborate with the business and communication teams, and create relevant new business document materials. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario. The Quali?cationsHave you helped drive growth through new business activities, including:•strong organizational skills;•develop new business documents, such as presentation decks and RFP responses;•working knowledge of CRM and direct mail programs;•excellent written and verbal communication skills;•passionate, promoting, and driving engagement with prospects;•ability to collaborate e?ectively with cross-functional teams;•experience in the design or creative industry is a plus;•Bachelor’s degree in communications or related ?eld.
