Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading our Intercompany business, Application and Quoting team. This position offers an outstanding chance to create a significant impact within our laboratory automation business while leading a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive product and marketing strategy to drive business growth and profitability. Foster innovative thinking and explore avenues for the growth and improvement of our products.Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and transform the information into strategic decision-making.Own the Applications and Product teams in developing and implementing innovative laboratory automation solutions.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely quoting of customer solutions.Work together with teams from different departments to ensure coordination and successful development, implementation of important projects, including “The lab of the Future” and our digital roadmap strategy.Scale our Intercompany business by building a differentiated offering of repeat orders with our partners.Detailed Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer requirements and develop customized applications.Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in positioning our products and solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.Drive the product management function, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and new product introductions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications building a differentiated product portfolio.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.10+ years of proven experience in the life sciences, laboratory, robotics, and automation industry.Pharma and CRO market knowledge. Preferred experience within a Pharma company or serving Pharma as a client.Project business experience: Understanding of project business and cross-functional interdependencies for successful execution.Leadership skills: strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate their teams, set clear goals, and provide guidance and support.
