Step into a collaborative hub with our revamped office, and enjoy free parking, endless coffee, delicious Lactalis snacks, an on-site gym, and more!About the opportunity:The Data Control Administrator is responsible for data entry, data maintenance and data integrity in and between various databases/applications such as SAP and within various data sets (customers, pricing, materials and vendors etc). Interaction with various internal department is required on a daily basis to ensure accurate information is received and that accuracy standards, data quality and data integrity are achieved at all times. The position is responsible for building detailed knowledge about Lactalis master file components relative to the business processes and underlying file structures.The attributes we are looking for:Master Data creation, maintenance and reporting including data entry, upload and changes into SAP.Promotes data governance by ensuring quality and accuracy of material master data through execution of the annual governance plan where scheduled checks and balances are performed. Detect omitted, duplicated, or incorrect data prior to input and take necessary actions to correct it always following established processes and procedures.Investigate daily data integrity issues using available tools and reports and make corrections following established data standards, processes and proceduresEnsure data integrity and data quality by developing working relationships with key stakeholders and providing education on data standards and established processes and procedures.Support project work by entering and changing required data associated with those projects.Participate in monitoring key performance indicators for the group by logging errors, lead time issues and first pass quality issues.What you will bring:Post-secondary education (Bachelors’ Degree in Business or Information Technology preferred)Minimum three (3) years business experience Strong busines acumen coupled with high attention to detailStrong organizational and prioritization skillsDetail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProcess oriented, proactive and customer focusedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work un a fast paced, multi-tasking environmentStrong focus on accuracyUnderstanding of RDBMS and experience with SQL an assetProficient with office computer technology including Lotus Notes databases, Microsoft Office products (strong in Excel), and SAP including data structures particularly, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Pricing Masters.What Lactalis will offer:Lactalis Canada believes in rewarding its people with the following comprehensive benefits package and perks:A Competitive Base Salary A Performance-Based Bonus System4 Weeks of VacationBenefits starting day 1 A Pension Program with an Employer Match at 100% of up to 6%Tuition reimbursement plan of up to $3,000/yearA Volunteer Day to give back to your community Learning and Development opportunities A commitment to internal career advancement with potential for international mobilityOur ESG commitment: Our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) roadmap drives our sustainability mission.
