Overview The Services and Solutions Sales Executive Team Lead is the national subject matter expert in Software Sales and Strategy for Konica Minolta Business Solutions’ Direct division. Reporting to the National Manager of DX Initiatives, the SSE Team Lead oversees a team of Services and Solutions Sales Executives (SSE) across the country, providing leadership, support, and strategic direction to achieve national objectives. This role is crucial for driving innovation in information management and professional service strategies, focusing on acquiring new customers and enhancing relationships with existing ones to optimize their business processes through cutting-edge solutions. Accountable Responsibilities Regularly engage with the National Manager of DX Initiatives to discuss the sales pipeline, forecasting, and solution opportunities nationally. Drives the solutions program with a focus on Revenue Generation and program growth. Collaborate closely with MVPs within their regions to align strategies and market approaches. Directly support and guide regional SSEs in managing sales opportunities, addressing escalations, and spearheading training programs as per the National Solutions Program. Oversee the regional opportunity lead system, assigning projects for pre-sales technical support. Liaise with Sales Teams, including Regional ECM Account Executives, to promote and drive sales of Solutions and Professional Services in line with Key Performance Indicators and organizational processes. Conduct pre-sale technical discovery, analyze business processes, and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Participate in account review sessions with sales teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate on the development of Engagement Letters, Site Surveys, Scopes of Work (SOW), and integration projects. Consult with the Implementation Team to recommend resources and staffing for project execution. Maintain and update training standards and certifications to meet job requirements and support professional growth. Demonstrate the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services, and solutions to clients. Consistently meet or exceed regional revenue targets. Effectively manage and record sales activities and opportunities using the CRM Management System. Qualifications • 4 year university degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field• Experience in Management or Team Lead capacity preferred• 2-4 years relevant Solutions Sales Support experience• Strong working knowledge of industry hardware, services and solutions offerings.• Network print servers, Document management/ scanning applications and workflows, Manage Print Services, Print Optimization/cost recovery, Print and MFP print controller technology, SQL, Security, and major third party print manufacturer's devices• Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas.• Record of time management and organizational discipline.• Willingness to travel up to 70%• Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.• Pass certification tests to enhance career path.• Working knowledge of project management processes.• Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable and presentable transportation• Energetic professional comfortable with prospecting, as a part of a team or independently, for solutions opportunities, within new and established clients. #KM
