We cover accounting, finance and payroll.I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for a specialized distribution company located in Boucherville.DETAILED FUNCTIONS- Account for credit card accounts.- Review and approve production orders.- Follow-up on royalty contracts.- Account for inter-company purchases and sales (payable merchandise and freight in various currencies).- Produce commission reports and follow up with sales representatives and payroll department.- Analyze various reconciliation accounts.- Reconcile transitory accounts (GR/FR-IR) and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections.- Participate in the month-end file.- Produce various analyses.- Participate in the payment process.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED- AEC in accounting.- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.- Bilingualism (French and English).- Very good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level or higher).- Knowledge of SAP or other integrated system (asset)PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant.To apply: www.fedfinance.caTo contact me: (438) 525 0279
