Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.What you will do:Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead or collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, ensuring they are functional and free of defects.Lead and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, providing leadership and guidance.Lead complex projects or multiple initiatives, often involving large-scale systems and cross-functional teams.Mentor and train junior analysts, guiding them through the analysis phase and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Play a key role in decision-making and project direction, influencing strategic discussions.Ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion, maintaining quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.Maintain accurate documentation on systems, processes, and procedures.Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance business operations.Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support solution implementation and adoption.Analyze metrics and collaborate with teams on reporting improvements and design of data cubes.Design integrations between Nutrien's internal systems and other external systems.What you will bring:8-10 years practical experience in application solution design and analysis, with a deep understanding of industry and solution practices.Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.Familiar with design-thinking approach to problem solving and AGILE methodologies.Proven expert capability and experience managing requirements gathering initiatives across multiple teams and business areas.Hands-on expertise in functional solution design and delivery across a software development lifecycle.Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business challenge.Negotiation skills when appropriate.Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills.Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff.Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize solution development efforts.Results-driven individual who thrives on new challenges and opportunities.Ready to make an impact with us?
