Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificateExperience: 1 year to less than 2 yearsTasksCoordinate the flow of information within the teamOpen and distribute mail and other materialsPlan and organize daily operationsTrain other workersDetermine and establish office procedures and routinesSchedule and confirm appointmentsAnswer telephone and relay telephone calls and messagesAnswer electronic enquiriesCompile data, statistics and other informationType and proofread correspondence, forms and other documentsSubmit credit and loan applications to managementPrepare financial statements and reportsOperate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systemsSupport for newcomers and refugeesSupports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognitionSupport for youthsProvides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youthSupport for Indigenous peopleProvides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Work Term: PermanentWork Language: EnglishHours: 34 hours per week
