Valuation Specialist Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a collaborative Valuation Specialist. The Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing business valuation and transaction advisory services to a variety of clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities Preparation of business valuations, due diligence assignments and financial analysis in respect to transactions, reorganizations, disputes, and tax filings. Consult with clients, client’s counsel, and representatives of companies Analyzing and interpreting clients’ financial and non-financial information Objectively identify risks and opportunities that drive value for the Conduct related industry Obtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their best Advising on purposeful recommendations to clients Represent client at networking and industry events to leverage new business Education & Experience CPA designation CBV designation or enrolled and working towards CBV Minimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience at a public practice firm Experience in preparing business valuation reports, due diligence, purchase price allocations and financial models. Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environment Experience leading and mentoring Skills & Knowledge Business acumen Proven relationship builder Exceptional organizational skills and diligence Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Excellent critical thinking and critical thinking skills Strong time management and organizational skills Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Suite Why you need to work here.
