What You Will DoLead a variety of large and complex customer projects, including new customer implementations, upgrades, and additional product rollouts. Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, both internal and external, to ensure fulfillment of all committed deliverables within the agreed upon timeline and budget.Organize and run meetings with internal teams and with client staff.Report project status to various levels of company and client management.Identify potential project scope changes and handle the resulting discussions.Identify risks to the success of the project and ensure appropriate actions are taken.Create and distribute key project documents, in conjunction with other teams, for project milestones such as kick-off, discovery, testing, client acceptance, go-live, handover to support.Contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery framework.About YouSeveral years of technical project management experienceExperience with enterprise software implementations, including systems integrationFoundational understanding of important enterprise software technologies, such as database systems, message queueing systems, APIsExtensive experience working in cross-functional groups, leading requirements elicitation and estimationRelentless commitment to delivery timelines and quality standards.
