We have been in operation since 1968. Today, Finica Foods Specialties Limited operates as a sister company of Atalanta.Our customer base includes retail supermarket chains, independent boutiques, and foodservice chain and independents. Our Distribution network is made up of specialty cheese and food distributors across Canada. Some of the brands we represent in the cheese market today are Celebrity International Goat Cheeses, Beemster, Zerto, Ammerlander, Collier’s and Sartori.We are looking for a passionate and results driven Sales Representative specializing in Independent Trade and Food Service Channels.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reports to the VP Food Service, B2B and Independent TradeDirect Sales to Independent Retail with a key focus on EATALY & Food Service Trade (direct and via Distributors) to new and existing customers.Build relationships with customers, Distributor Sales Team to promote products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact & visit customers throughout the sales process and answer any questions customers have about the product.Manage the current roster and new opportunities with the Finica global portfolio of products.Growing the HMR category at all applicable accounts – expanding commissary opportunities where applicable.Create and Manage the Sales Budget, Forecasting, Gross Profit, P/L, EBIT, Pricing & Retail Distributor Retails.Conduct monthly updates with customer channels (Retail & Food Service) and quarterly updates with senior customer personnel so that Monthly Sales Targets are being metWeekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales review with Finica leadership team.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of direct Food Sales experience and knowledge within the GTA and Southern Ontario market is a requirement.Reliable transportation as this role requires travelCOMPENSATION: In addition to offering a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus program, we are committed to providing our employees with comprehensive benefits.APPLICATION: We thank all candidates for their interest.
