About the Role: The Parts Counter is responsible for providing parts to our customers, placing orders for parts as required, completing all associated documentation and ensuring the accuracy of all orders and maintaining the inventory correctly of the department. Assist Parts department in routine inventory counts Ship and receive parts to/from various locations in efficient manner. Stock parts inventory and maintain an organized warehouse environment Post parts in the database to keep track of parts coming in and out of the warehouse Assist in housekeeping of the Parts department Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with factory representatives Ensure a healthy relationship with vendors. Practice provincial and federal WHMIS standards and TAG Health and Safety policies Comply with Trotman Auto Group policies, along with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety
