We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations. Position Overview: As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a dynamic team. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving the bar’s success. Key Responsibilities: * Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance. * Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution. * Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling costs. * Compliance: Ensure all bar operations comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations. * Menu Development: Collaborate on creating and updating the drink menu, including developing new cocktails and specials. * Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance. * Marketing: Implement promotional strategies and events to attract and retain customers. * Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise, including customer complaints and operational challenges. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent knowledge of bar operations, including mixology, inventory management, and customer service. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in using bar management software and POS systems. * Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing requirements. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
