Job description : Your Role and Responsibilities: Sales: Manage sales activities in your territory: identify, develop, and maintain customers. Promote products to consulting engineering firms and other clients. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with other departments for information transfer post-sale. Produce and update sales reports in the CRM. Keep client records up to date. Participate in special projects assigned by management. Provide market information to senior management to improve competitive positioning. Sales Support: Coordinate sales-related activities. Act as the point of contact for clients and sales channels. Handle quotations and orders, including contract verification. Ensure excellent customer service. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes. Skills and qualifications : Degree in Building Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of HVAC products and systems (a significant asset). 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Active listening skills, customer service-oriented, resourceful, and proactive. Team player and autonomous. Problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with HVAC product selection software is an asset. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
