Job OverviewReporting to the Director, Development, multi-family, as the Senior Development Coordinator you provide support to the Development team. You also provide leadership through the development process and assist in managing all aspects of multi family projects.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Assisting in managing all aspects of project development process.Supporting the completion of pre-design, design development, development approvals, civil engineering approvals, and building permit approvals.Assisting management with preparation and regular updates of project proformas to ensure budgets are accurately reported.Reviewing consultant fee proposals and monthly invoices, monitoring consultant budgets, and assisting in tendering consultant services.Monitoring project schedules throughout the development process.
