Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PMP certification is a plus.
