Senior Specialist, IT Solutions - HR Data AnalyticsReq ID: 121296Remote Position: HybridCountry: CanadaProvince: OntarioCity: TorontoSummaryWe are seeking an experienced Success Factors (SAP) Specialist with expertise in the Workforce Analytics module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of successful Success Factors implementations, especially in the area of workforce analytics.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:Collect, combine and analyze datasets and metrics from a variety of HR/Talent data sources to detect underlying trends that build the foundations for predictive people analyticsConduct requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of Success Factors solutionsConfigure and customize Success Factors Workforce Analytics module to meet business requirementsSupport the preparation of reports and presentations of findings to leadership teams with compelling data visualizations and narrativesApply statistical analyses, predictive modeling, data mining and forecasting techniques, with a focus on revealing the hidden and potentially unexpected insights as to what truly drives or hinders attraction, performance and retention of personnelPartner with HR to identify and address talent management and HR challengesStay up-to-date on the latest Success Factors technologies and best practices and own the product roadmap as it pertains to CelesticaKnowledge/Skills/CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of Success Factors modules, especially Workforce Analytics (WFA)Strong ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders, convert them into functional requirements and, ultimately, into successful implementationsProven ability to implement and configure Success Factors solutions to meet organizational needsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced organizationExperience designing and developing custom Workforce Analytics dashboards and reportsCertified in Success Factors Workforce AnalyticsFamiliarity with other HRIS systems, such as Oracle or WorkdayUnderstanding of data analytics and reportingAgile project management skillsExperience with employee engagement initiativesPhysical DemandsDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.Typical Experience4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry.
