This person will help support product development and direct sourcing initiatives for Sleep Country/Dormez-Vous and INC Brands (Endy, Silk & Snow, Hush, & Casper Canada), and will report to the Director of Sourcing. They will work closely with Sourcing team members and cross-functional departments to ensure all projects are running smoothly and efficiently. This person will be a key member of the Sourcing team, and an important part of driving successful product launches for SCC/DV & INC Brands.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and ManagementCoordinate with stakeholders to create product roadmaps across multiple brands and companies within the Sleep Country Holdings organizationDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesTrack and communicate action items daily/weekly in order to keep projects moving efficientlyWork hand-in-hand with Sourcing team members to understand and document daily status updates on projectsProduct Launch ProcessesHelp track/communicate key milestones reached and remaining actions neededGather and act as gatekeeper for all information on product details and status of projectsCreate product launch plansPlan ahead and communicate resources needed to complete each action itemDocumentation & ReportingDaily upkeep and administration of internal task management systemsFollow up with Sourcing team members to ensure items on product development checklists are being completed in a timely mannerLeading meetings to follow status updatesQualificationsQualifications:Post-Secondary Degree, and/or equivalent education, training or experience is desired3-5 years of practical experience in project management role, ideally with a product-based companyStrong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on trackExcellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and project updates to team members and stakeholdersDetail-Oriented: Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of project managementProblem-Solving Abilities: Able to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving forwardAdaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and project requirementsTime Management: Efficient in managing their own time and the time of others to meet deadlinesCollaborative: Works well with others, promoting teamwork and open communicationEnthusiastic and Positive Attitude: Brings energy and optimism to the team, fostering a positive work environmentBasic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
