Senior Project Manager - Top Tier GC

• $170,000 - $220,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits!• Leading, established Construction Firm!• Lead a portfolio ICI Projects for the company!This established, Top Tier GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including: Residential Commercial, Healthcare & Education, are seeking their Senior Project Manager with a background in overseeing Ground-Up and/or Major Renovations projects. You would ultimately oversee a portfolio of major construction projects, whilst growing the division and leading, mentoring & developing multiple teams.The role involves: Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile ICI projectsCollaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfactionProviding expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutionsDeveloping and implementing project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraintsLeading and growing the Division and teamsExperience needed: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field10+ years of experience in project management, overseeing Ground-Up buildings and/or Major RenovationsProven expertise in ICI construction, including experience with project planning, procurement, logistics, and installationStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersIf you are looking to work for a leading GC, who offer you the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of major ICI projects whilst growing the division, please send your resume to Matt Hall at Taylor Ryan (matt taylorryan.com)
