In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placements. As a key player in Talent Harbour’s growth, you will be part of a high-performing team with uncapped earning potential and a collaborative, in-office environment. This is a high-demand role where you will need to hit the ground running.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior-level roles across a variety of industries.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business development and nurturing existing accounts.Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates to match them with client needs.Provide strategic input to clients throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements.Conduct regular client and candidate check-ins to ensure smooth processes and long-term satisfaction.Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and report on progress.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets to drive the firm’s growth.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped earning potential.Tiered commission structure designed to reward high performance.Bonus opportunities for outstanding achievements.Fast-paced, high-growth environment—ideal for top performers looking to make an impact.A supportive, entrepreneurial culture where your contributions directly affect company success.In-office environment fostering collaboration and career development.Key Qualifications5+ years of experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar senior recruitment role.Proven success in placing candidates across a range of industries, particularly at the executive and senior levels.Strong business development acumen, with a track record of securing and managing high-level client relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-lasting partnerships.Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment—we need A-players only.Must be proficient with technology, including CRM and ATS platforms, as well as tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage client and candidate information efficiently.Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow alongside a rapidly expanding firm.Why Talent Harbour?We are a leading boutique Human Capital Management firm in Western Canada, and be part of a team that’s rapidly growing across Canada.
