As a Technology Lead ( Node.js/AWS Lambda) at BrainRidge Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and development of business-critical financial applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cloud-based solutions and become an integral part of our innovative team.Responsibilities: Lead hands-on development and maintenance of server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring top-tier performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Directly architect, build, and deploy AWS Lambda functions and serverless applications to fulfill diverse project needs, actively engaging in coding and implementation.Drive API Development: Hands-on creation of RESTful APIs, orchestrating seamless integration with frontend elements for cohesive solutions.Collaborate hands-on with architects and engineers to establish and implement microservices architecture, leveraging AWS Lambda and other cloud-native technologies.Hands-on management of various databases, including SQL and NoSQL, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Take a hands-on approach in continuously monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting serverless applications for peak performance and reliability.Lead hands-on implementation of robust security measures, including authentication and authorization mechanisms, for serverless applications.Personally craft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed applications, APIs, and integrations.Qualifications:Profound grasp of consultancy principles; adept at implementing delivery-focused methodologies.Extensive experience in architecting and developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js.Expertise in leveraging AWS Lambda and proficiency in harnessing serverless computing concepts.Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.Proficient in managing SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.Well-versed in serverless frameworks and tools such as AWS SAM and Serverless Framework.Deep understanding and implementation of security best practices for serverless applications.Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, for efficient code management.Strong teamwork and communication skills, facilitating collaboration with colleagues and clients.Pay type: Salaried $160,000 - $200,000The above represents BrainRidge Consulting pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structureAt BrainRidge Consulting, we value and prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
