Join an established provider, and use your knowledge, skills and experience to guide and mentor our Windsor team!28th October, 2024Our ServiceLocated in a peaceful setting, and featuring an expansive natural outdoor play area, Windsor Neighbourhood centre provides children with a unique learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration for up to 54 children.About the OpportunityAs the Centre Director, you will harness your extensive experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your team, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operation. Our comprehensive programs cater to children from six weeks old through to those in the year before prep. In our kindergarten, children are immersed in a curriculum that explores different languages and cultures, fostering an appreciation for diversity and igniting a passion for new learning adventures.Key Responsibilities:Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasksOversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational programProvide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environmentWork collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and familiesPromote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCareJob Requirements:Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/AnaphylaxisA strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning GuidelinesEffective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)Proven leadership and team development skillsWhy Join Us?
