Our client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst (Payments) to improve wire process for large financial bank - 34344

Location: 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4Floor hybrid – 1-2 days/per week in the office

Contract Duration: ASAP to 10/31/2024 Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE – Possible based on performance.

Business group: Client Services and Solutions (OU20015894)

Customer support team, primary focus all types of products, corporate commercial and small business sides. The focus of this team is to have Wire as a product.

Project is to look for opportunities to improve the wire process and make it more effective. Project duration is till Oct.

Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units
• Visualize information depending on the stage of the project
• Perform different activities during the project lifecycle such as testing and a variety of task business analyses related

Must Have Skills:

• 6+ years of experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience working with payments (SWIFT and ISO 20022 experience preferred)
• 3+ years of experience producing and maintaining KPIs.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in FI
• Previous experience in project management, tracking project progression
• Previous experience with Confluence and JIRA

Education:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field.

1st round – HM and 1 or 2 managers – 45 mins – MS Teams Video – The first 15 mins is for Introduction, Role overview, and what we are looking for the rest of the interview the manager will ask abstract questions to review candidates’ mentality to see if they are able to switch quickly.
