Maintenance Supervisor

Job SummaryDuties:- Lead and assist the maintenance team, overseeing efficient operation and maintenance of plant machinery- Troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems- Interpreting diagrams and machine drawings- Installing mechanical equipment for ex. pumps, fans, sensors, and motors- Ensuring standard processes are being followed (ex. coolant quality control, valve monitoring)- Preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machines- Maintaining accurate records, ensuring completed tasks- Working alongside management in planning tasks, projects, and ensuring deadlines are met- Adjusting, updating, and developing the PM Program with Plant Management, including Operators' PMsRequirements:- 433A Red Seal license and 5+ years of relevant experience.-Mechanical background, experience with assembling lines and tool and die environments- Knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment- Knowledge of PLC controls is an asset- Strong leadership and interpersonal and communication abilities- Strong time management capabilities
