This position will report to the VP of Marketing.What you’ll doCollaborate with the marketing team to design dynamic and high-converting website and landing pagesDesign full website experiences from concept through launchDesign and create various forms of digital and print design collateral Design and create visuals, videos and other materials for marketing, lead gen, and sales purposesUpgrade design requirements and brand standards by leveraging user research, data, team feedback, and customer feedback in order to create delightful and consistent user experiencesIdentify and define thoughtful user journeys supported by low to high-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, detailed interaction recommendations, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts to developersMaintain a current knowledge of design trends, industry trends, market conditions, tools, and techniques.Expand upon and/or implement brand guidelines into site-wide stylesEstablish web design systems and style sheets, reusable components, and modulesCollaborate with developers and copywriters to enhance page layouts and optimize content flowAnnotate designs, provide examples and direction on interactions and animationsQualifications / Experience5+ years of professional Web or UI/UX experienceA portfolio with case studies demonstrating your strengths in UI, UX, graphic design, videography, and creative problem solvingAbility to design and share ideas with clarity and passion, and to give and receive feedback with open-mindednessAbility to think and operate in terms of design systems – be it working from existing design systems, evolving design systems or defining new design systemsExperience with Adobe creative suite, Unbounce, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, interactive demo software, etc. Experience implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and systems to ensure teams can create assets quickly while still ensuring brand consistencyWhat we offerCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table.
